Gin Lover's favourite Magalies Lavender Gin boosts herbal and earthy lavender tones backed up with juniper. A popular award-winning gin. 17 different botanicals contributes to the complex flavour profile of this beautiful looking purple blue gin. To create this gin, we firstly add hand harvested and peeled limes and lemons from the Magalies Valley. Secondly to balance the citrus flavours we add rose geranium. And lastly we add fresh lavender flowers grown in our own gardens.The gin pairs well with tonic water, sparkling wine, apple ciders, lemonade and bitter/dry lemon.
