But where is the Juniper?
50% of our Magalies base gin is juniper berry and this traditional and essential gin botanical can still be tasted within our Magalies Gin range. As the juniper berry have various characteristics, it pairs well and compliments a variety of flavours. Hence the amount of gins on the market.
As floral version of the Magalies gin range, our pink rose gin celebrates and features the scent and taste of roses. Inspired by soft pink old english roses, this smooth soft pink gin is a must for every floral / rose gin lover. The Magalies Classic Gin with its Lemon and Lime flavours is the base gin used and lends complexity and freshness.

Lightly floral nose, flavour of rose, rose geranium and citrus on the palate, aftertaste of citrus in the mouth.
Serving Suggestion
Pairs well with indian / pink / grapefruit tonic and lemonade. Garnish with raspberry, strawberry, rose petals or grapefruit wedges.
Cocktail Recipe: Rose Collins
Add 1.5 tots Magalies Rose Gin, 0.75 tots lime juice and 0.75 tots rose syrup over ice. Fill the glass with 200ml soda water and garnish with berries and roses.
This gin is produced in small batches of around 100 bottles at a time, with hand harvested botanicals. It is bottled and labeled by hand. No automation, only pure passion and care that goes into every Incendo Distillery product.
