This rum is made from four different kinds of local molasses and fermented with two special red wine yeast strains. It has been specially aged in South African wine and ex-port barrels to enhance and compliment the citrus and caramel notes already present. It is distilled with care and passion.
Enjoy this rum neat in a cognac snifter with dark chocolate. Alternatively it can be enjoyed on ice with an orange wedge, bitters and sugar syrup or with ginger ale.
