L03 – Picnic in the Forest Whisky

The fourth cask release of Incendo Distillery’s single cask expression whiskies. A lightly peated whisky with a sherry cask finish. “Picnic in a Forest” has a mash bill of peated malt, malted barley and oats. Aged in a ex-bourbon cask for 3 years and finished for another 12 months in 500L ex-sherry casks. It has a sweet nose from the sherry cask, with light peat notes bringing whiffs of smoke and leather.

Only 30 Bottles available at cask strength (60% abv).

Absolutely no additives are used, the color you see is what we got straight from the cask. The whisky is non-chill filtered.
