Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped / ready for collection.

  • Flat Rate Shipping via Courier: R110

We ask a flat rate for delivery in South Africa. Orders should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We make use of door-to-door delivery services, please ensure to communicate any specific requests within your order comments.

  • Qualify for FREE Shipping via Courier

When your order exceeds R600 (This price can be less with specials / promotions) we will ship your order free of charge.

  • Pick-up from Incendo: FREE

Place and pay for your order online and collect it during opening hours at the distillery.

  • Export / Other requests

Return & Refund Policy for Our Online Shop

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, an exchange or store credit.

  • Returns

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@incendo.co.za with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to: Incendo Distillery, Plot 91 Rietfontein, Hartbeespoort, 0216.

  • Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Should it be “ordered wrong product”, you will carry the shipping costs. Should the product be defective, we will refund the shipping cost fee.
