Our Double Barrel Brandy is a 100% potstill brandy aged 3 years in french oak barrels, and finished in american oak barrels at Incendo Distillery.
The smokey french oak creates fruity overtones with spice and nutiness. We infuse this high-quality brandy with Rooibos and an indigenous herb called Umondi.
On the nose you’ll get the Rooibos immediately, with the Umondi providing a subtle malty vanilla aftertaste in the mouth. This amazing creation is meant for sipping neat or on ice – and provides the best characteristics of a brandy, while it drinks like a whisky.
